How to upload your first track
A short, step-by-step guide to putting your first song on Latido: create your free account, choose your file, add the details, and send it for review. No experience needed.
Create your free account
Tap Join Latido free and sign up with your email. It is free and takes about a minute. If you already have an account, tap Log in instead.
Tap Upload
On a phone you will find Upload in the bar at the bottom. On a computer it is the button on the left side.
Choose your audio file
Tap the box and pick your song. MP3 works best. Files can be up to 10 MB, and a four-minute song is usually 4 to 6 MB. Only upload music you made.
Check the title
The title fills in from your file name. Change it to the real name of your song if you like.
Pick a genre and the tool you used
Choose the genre that fits best, then say what you made the song with, such as Suno or Udio.
Tell the story behind the song (optional)
Write a few sentences: where you were, who it is for, or what it means to you. It shows on your track page, and people love reading it. Only tick the box if you are happy for Latido to feature your story, always with your name and a link to your track.
Add a few style tags
Type a few words that describe the sound, separated by commas. People can find your song through these tags.
Add the prompt and lyrics (optional)
Paste the prompt you used and your lyrics. Listeners love seeing how a song was made. You can skip this and add it later.
Choose a cover
Pick a color, or add your own picture. No picture yet? Upload now, then make a cover afterward from your uploads.
Confirm and send it
Tick the box to say the song is yours, then tap Submit track.
Done. Your track is in review
We look at every track before it goes live. Most go live within a day, and we email you when yours is approved. Then share the link with friends.
